Shipping & Return Policy
- We use UPS or FEDEX for domestic shipping.
- Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address in order to receive items on time. Customers will be responsible for any other charges and fees if an address is entered incorrectly. We cannot ship to P.O. Box address.
When placing an order outside of the United States territory, the international shipping charges for duties, tax, customs and other fees are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. We are not responsible to ship international orders without first receiving a receipt and confirmation of the purchase of these services.
ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING
We offer a tracking number for each shipment. You may find the tracking number at "My Account > Order Status". Once you find this number, you can track your shipment by clicking on it. Please allow 24 hours from your order date to view the shipping status for your package.
Our normal handling time is one-two business days after receiving of your order. Our warehouse business hours is Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm ET. If your need is urgent, please choose expedited shipping method.
We take great pride in our reputation for excellent quality merchandise and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
For items that are damaged upon arrival, have a manufacturing defect, or shipped out in error, you can request a replacement or a refund in the form of store credit. Request for replacement/refund must be made within 7 days of package receipt date. Describe the defect to email@example.com, also be sure to include your order number and contact information and one of our customer service representatives will contact you.
Please note that we securely bubble wrap every piece before shipping. We are not responsible for any shipping damages due to transportation. For such damages, please contact the courier for claim.
Any other returns will be subjected up to 30% restocking fee. All returns should be requested within 7 days of package receipt date. Please use packing pads if possible. The shipping charges are the sender’s responsibility.
All returned items are subject to inspection. If an item is deemed defective, an exact replacement will be shipped to you or a refund will be made to your account.
For international addresses: please use FedEx international economy. If any international priority shipping is used, only the amount FedEx international economy would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent.
Our store address is not meant for returns. Please do NOT send any items to the store. Any returned items to the store will be discarded.
